Our partner carrier will be conducting scheduled maintenance to upgrade its roaming network infrastructure. This initiative is part of their ongoing commitment to improving the security, reliability, and overall performance of services delivered to our valued clients. A list of affected services is provided below.

Impact:
While no service interruptions are anticipated, brief periods of reduced performance may occur. Affected devices could experience temporary delays or disruptions in SMS, Voice, and Data services. Efforts have been made to minimize service disruptions, as redundant nodes will manage the traffic.

Additional Information:
The Semtech Global Network Operations Center (GNOC) will actively monitor the network throughout the maintenance period. Notifications will be issued prior to the start and upon completion of the activity.
