Our Partner Carrier is scheduled to perform software updates on its signaling infrastructure components, which are part of its roaming network infrastructure. This activity is part of the carrier's ongoing network lifecycle management and is intended to enhance reliability and improve service resiliency for our valued customers.


Impact:
While service interruptions are not expected, brief periods of reduced performance may occur. Affected devices could experience temporary delays or disruptions in Data, SMS, and Voice services. To minimize service impact, redundant operational servers will be actively managing traffic throughout the maintenance.


Additional Information:
The Semtech Global NOC will continuously monitor the network during the maintenance window. Notifications will be issued prior to the start and upon completion of the activity.
