Our partner carrier will be performing scheduled maintenance to implement a patch on its roaming network infrastructure. This effort is part of their ongoing commitment to enhancing the security, reliability, and overall performance of services provided to our valued clients. A list of affected services is included below.

Impact:
Although no service interruptions are expected, brief periods of reduced performance may occur. Devices may experience temporary delays or disruptions in SMS, Voice, and Data services. To minimize impact, redundant nodes are designed and configured to manage traffic during the maintenance window.

Additional Information:
The Semtech Global Network Operations Center (GNOC) will actively monitor the network throughout the maintenance period. Notifications will be issued prior to the start and upon completion of the activity.
