This notification is to inform you that Sierra Wireless will perform a planned activity to implement a firewall software upgrade on February 16, 2023 at 14:00 UTC. This action will improve network reliability and efficiency and aligns with our efforts to provide best in class services to our valued customers.
Impact: During the activity traffic will be failed over from primary to secondary firewalls. Traffic routes will temporarily drop. Some customers may experience degraded voice services of no more than 2 – 3 minutes.
Other Information: The Global NOC and Sierra Wireless Engineers will be actively monitoring the network during the maintenance activity. Notification will be sent before and after completion of the maintenance.
