Our Partner Carrier will perform an emergency activity to tune GTP queue parameters on their ORS Platform. This work will mitigate intermittent service issues observed over recent weeks. A restart of ORS virtual machines (VM) is required to apply the parameter change. To ensure minimum impact, the engineers will restart one VM at a time. During this restart, the other active machines will handle traffic as normal.
Impact: Active GTP sessions on the restarted server will drop then re-establish according to the device retry mechanism.
Other Information: The Global NOC will be monitoring service activity during the maintenance. We apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause.
