This notice is to inform you that we will be performing scheduled maintenance on iGate 3.0 Platform. The list of affected services can be found below.

Impact: During the maintenance, we will be implementing an IP whitelist for the iGate 3.0 service. Legitimate traffic has been analyzed over the past month, in an attempt to capture all current customer IPs. If you are experiencing issues after the change, or want to verify that we have your IP(s) listed before it, please contact the support team at support-cloudconnectivity@sierrawireless.com

Additional Information: Throughout the maintenance, Semtech engineers will keep a close eye on the network. Prior to and following the maintenance's completion, notifications will be sent.
