Our Partner Carrier will be conducting firmware upgrades on application servers within its roaming network infrastructure. This activity is part of the partner’s ongoing network lifecycle management strategy, aimed at enhancing reliability and improving overall service resiliency for our customers.

Impact:
While service interruptions are not expected, there may be brief periods of reduced performance. During the maintenance window, some devices could experience temporary delays or disruptions in SMS, Voice, Data services, or network connectivity. All efforts have been made to minimize potential impact.

Additional Information:
The Semtech Global NOC will closely monitor network performance throughout the maintenance window. Notifications will be issued prior to the start of the activity and once it has been successfully completed.
