This notification is to inform you that Sierra Wireless will perform a planned maintenance activity on our Provisioning Platform on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 13:00 UTC. As part of our continuous effort to enhance the customer experience this activity will improve platform performance and help mitigate past provisioning issues.

Impact:
There is no impact expected during the execution of the scheduled activity. Customers may use the platform as normal.

Other Information:
The Global NOC and Sierra Wireless Engineers will be actively monitoring the network during the maintenance activity. Notification will be sent before and after completion of the maintenance.
