Our Partner Carrier will be conducting a planned maintenance activity involving network interface configuration updates on the RRS servers. This work is part of the carrier's ongoing network lifecycle management program and is intended to enhance network reliability and improve service resiliency for our customers.

Impact: No service interruption is expected during the maintenance window. However, there may be brief periods of degraded performance on Data, SMS, Voice & Connectivty services.

Additional Information: The Semtech Global NOC will continuously monitor network performance throughout the maintenance activity. Notifications will be provided prior to the start of the maintenance and upon its successful completion.
