Our Partner Carrier will conduct a Network infrastructure upgrade and optimization within its United States data center. This maintenance activity may cause temporary disturbances or delays in SMS in the US region only. The partner has taken measures to minimize the impact on the customer experience.

Impact: During this activity, there is a possibility for intermittent disruptions in SMS traffic and processing that may occur during maintenance.

Other Information: The Global NOC will be actively monitoring the network during the maintenance activity. Notifications will be sent before and after the completion of the maintenance.
