Our partner provider reports cause of the issue was identified and corrective action has been taken. Our engineers observe signaling key performance indicators have returned to normal levels. We will continue to monitor to ensure stability and will consider this resolved if no further impacts are observed after two hours.

We have reported the issue to our partner provider. Engineers are investigating. ETR has not been determined.

Impacted Locations: France, Sweden, USA, Canada and Germany

Our monitoring systems detected signaling anomalies from one of our partner providers that may have caused connectivity disruption to some devices.

Some SW Advanced devices may have switched connectivity to other partner providers.

We are investigating to determine cause and scope of the issue.
