This notification is to inform you that Sierra Wireless will perform an emergency activity to move IMaestro Platform services to a new Load Balancer. This activity is needed to further increase the reliability and improve the resiliency of services provided to our valued customers.

Impact:
Sites imaestro.com, messaging.imaestsro.com, and tel.trextel.com may be down for 5 minutes while the changes are made.

Other Information:
The Global NOC and Sierra Wireless Engineers will be actively monitoring the network during the maintenance activity. Notification will be sent before and after completion of the maintenance.
