Our Partner Carrier will perform DB (database) maintenance on their new Geo-Redundant ORS Platform. This activity will address vulnerabilities; and increase network reliability and security of services provided to our valued customers.
Impact: No Impact expected. For minimum impact, restarts will be carried out in subsequent order, one server at a time for the site. During the restarts, redundant servers will handle traffic without any disruption.
Other Information: Sierra Wireless Global NOC will be actively monitoring and prepared to quickly engage our partner if any unexpected service impacts occur during the activity. Notification will be sent before and after completion of the maintenance.
