Services have been restored and our engineers are currently monitoring to ensure stability. We will consider this resolved if no further impacts are observed during our monitoring period.

Our monitoring systems are observing a service impairment for Essentials 3 SIM subscriptions in the North American and European regions. Our partner carrier is experiencing network issue that may impact device connectivity. We are working with our partner carrier to resolve the issue.
