Our partner carrier will be performing security service migrations within its network infrastructure. This maintenance is part of their ongoing commitment to enhancing the security and reliability of the services provided to our valued clients. A list of affected services is included below.

Impact: During the maintenance window, some customers may experience service interruptions lasting up to one hour. Impacted services may include SMS, Voice, USSD, and Data.

Additional Information:
Our Global Network Operations Center (GNOC) will actively monitor the network throughout the maintenance period. Notifications will be issued both prior to the start and upon completion of the activity.
