This notification is to inform you that Sierra Wireless will perform a planned maintenance activity to move Data and SMS connections to a new switch in the Madison data center. This activity, as part of our network lifecycle management process, will improve reliability and efficiency of the network and aligns with our commitment to provide best in class services to our customers.
Impact: Data and SMS traffic is split between the Madison (MSN) and Lithia Springs (LSP) data centers. During the activity, Data and SMS traffic will be rolled over to the LSP data center. Customer may experience a slight interruption lasting no more than 10mins.
