We will be performing a scheduled security upgrade on the Maingate iGate 3.0 SMS platform. This upgrade will enhance infrastructure security, improve network resiliency, and increase efficiency, in line with our commitment to providing best-in-class services. A full list of affected services is provided below.
Impact: During the maintenance, there may be brief periods of downtime or service disruption for both outgoing and incoming iGate 3.0 SMS messages, as well as access to the SMS containers. All other Maingate SMS services will remain unaffected.
Additional Information: Semtech engineers will actively monitor the network infrastructure throughout this activity. Notifications will be sent before and after the maintenance is completed.
