Our partner carrier will be conducting an emergency maintenance of Software Upgrade activity on its network . This activity is part of their ongoing commitment to enhancing the security, reliability, and overall performance of the services provided to our valued clients. A list of affected services is included below.

Impact: While service interruptions are not expected, brief periods of reduced performance may occur. Affected devices could experience temporary delays or disruptions in data, SMS, and voice services. Efforts have been made to minimize service disruptions, as redundant nodes will manage the traffic.

Additional Information: Semtech GNOC will actively monitor the network throughout the maintenance period. Notifications will be issued both prior to the start and upon completion of the activity.
