We are still working to resolve a lingering issue with 2 infrastructure servers. This involves an internal process and should not affect customer provisioning requests. We will continue to work to resolve all lingering issues before we consider this incident fully resolved.

Monitoring
Our engineers identified the cause for the service disruption and have taken the appropriate action to restore the infrastructure server nodes. Xpress SMS, API, and data push provisioning services are restored and web services are also restored and stable. The services are currently stable and we are monitoring the results.

Impact potential:
• Customers may have experienced service degradation or failures using Xpress SMS, API, and data push provisioning services.
• The provisioning user interface (UI) remained accessible, and ECC and Smart Connectivity services were unaffected.

We will provide an update as soon as we have additional information.

Our engineers identified the cause for the service disruption and have begun restoring infrastructure server nodes one at a time. Xpress SMS, API, and data push provisioning services are restored and gradual improvements to web services are being observed. Our teams remain engaged on a technical bridge working toward a final resolution.

• Customers may have experienced service degradation or failures using Xpress SMS, API, and data push provisioning services.
• The provisioning user interface (UI) remained accessible, and ECC and Smart Connectivity services were unaffected.

Semtech is experiencing a service impairment affecting multiple infrastructure platforms. Our engineers are engaged on a technical bridge investigating signs of intermittent degradation to determine the scope and address the issue.

Customers may be experiencing delays or degradation using Xpress services.
