Our Partner Carrier will be conducting an Emergency Maintenance to upgrade its GTP Proxy Server in Geo-redundant roaming network infrastructure. This activity is designed to enhance reliability and improve service resiliency provided to our valued customers.
Impact: During the maintenance window, customers may experience service disruptions. Affected devices may experience degradation or interruptions in SMS, Voice, and Data services and network connectivity.
Additional Information: The Semtech Global NOC will actively monitor network performance throughout the maintenance window. Notifications will be issued prior to the start of the activity and again upon its successful completion.
