Semtech will be conducting emergency maintenance activity to isolate and reconfigure the core voice infrastructure at our Paris data center. This activity is designed to enhance reliability and improve service resiliency provided to our valued customers.
Impact: During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent disruptions to VoLTE (Voice over LTE) services for subscribers anchored onto the Paris site. Affected devices may experience degradation or timeouts on incoming VoLTE calls. Data, SMS, and standard Circuit-Switched voice services will remain unaffected.
Additional Information: The Semtech Global NOC will actively monitor network performance throughout the maintenance window. Notifications will be issued prior to the start of the activity and again upon its successful completion.
