This notice is to inform you that Semtech/Sierra will be performing scheduled maintenance hardening the network from security vulnerabilities. As part of our network lifecycle management process, this work will improve network resiliency and efficiency and aligns with our commitment to providing best-in-class services to our customers.
Impact: We do not anticipate any disruptions to service during the maintenance activity. Service disruptions will be minimized due to our geo-redundant infrastructure. However, there may be brief delays in establishing Data sessions, network connectivity, and retrieving Billing records.
Other Information: The Global NOC and Sierra Wireless Engineers will actively monitor the network during the maintenance. Notification will be sent before and after the completion of the maintenance.
