Monitoring

We are observing significant improvements on the partner carrier’s network following the implementation of gradual restoration measures. As a result, customers using Essentials 3 subscriptions in North America may begin to see a reduction in delays and degradation when establishing Semtech LTE Data services and network connectivity.

This incident has been escalated to the partner’s management team, and we remain actively engaged closely monitoring until the partner is hands-off the network.

Impact: Customers using Semtech’s Essentials 3 offer may have experienced some issues establishing LTE Data services and network connectivity in the North America market.
• Most existing Data Sessions were unaffected.
• Where available, devices may have reverted back to 2G/3G services, which continues to operate normally.
• SMS and Data services over 2G/3G were not impacted.

Our partner carrier has identified congestion on its network and continues to experience degradation. Escalations have been made and the partner remains engaged actively working towards resolution. Some Essentials 3 devices may experience delays when attempting to establish LTE Data services and network connectivity, primarily within the North American region.

Impact: Customers currently using Semtech’s Essentials 3 offer may be experiencing some issues on establishing LTE Data services and network connectivity primarily in the North America market.
• Most existing Data Sessions should remain unaffected.
• Where available, devices may fall back to 2G/3G service, which continues to operate normally.
• SMS and data services over 2G/3G are not impacted.

We remain actively engaged with the partner and will continue to collaborate closely to drive resolution. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
