Our partner carrier will be conducting planned maintenance on its Backbone Network. This activity is part of their ongoing commitment to enhancing the security, reliability, and overall performance of the services provided to our valued clients. A list of affected services is included below.

Impact: Affected devices could experience temporary delays or disruptions in data, SMS, and voice services. Efforts have been made to minimize service disruptions.

Additional Information: Semtech GNOC will actively monitor the network throughout the maintenance period. Notifications will be issued both prior to the start and upon completion of the activity.
