Our Partner Carrier has notified us that they will be performing an emergency maintenance activity in attempt to address the problem that caused the service issues that have occurred over the past week.

Impact:
During the scheduled activity customers will experience periods of service interruptions, specifically data connectivity.

Other Information:
We apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause. The Global NOC and Sierra Wireless Engineers will be monitoring service activity during the maintenance.
