Semtech is currently experiencing a service degradation on the AirVantage platform, impacting the transmission of usage records. Subscribed customers may notice delays in data push services related to connectivity usage and alerts based on these usage records. Our engineering team is actively working to resolve the issue and restore normal service. As soon as more information becomes available, we will provide further updates.
Impact: Affected: Delays in data push for connectivity usages and alerts based on connectivity data. Unaffected: Provisioning operations, traffic, and device data management remain fully operational.
