Our Partner Carrier will be conducting an emergency maintenance to upgrade its STP infrastructure. This activity is designed to enhance reliability and improve service resiliency provided to our valued customers.

Impact: During the maintenance window, customers may experience service disruptions. Affected devices may experience degradation or interruptions in SMS, Voice, Data services and network connectivity.

Additional Information: The Semtech Global NOC will actively monitor network performance throughout the maintenance window. Notifications will be issued prior to the start of the activity and again upon its successful completion.
