Our monitoring systems show service impairment for Essentials 5 SIM subscriptions on the Salt Mobile SA network in Switzerland. We have reported the issue to our partner carrier. An investigation to determine the scope and cause is underway.
Impacted devices may experience delays in establishing Data, SMS, USSD, and Voice services and network connectivity.
