Our Partner Carrier will be moving data traffic from their Legacy network to their new ORS Platform. This activity will address vulnerabilities and improve network resiliency for our valued customers.
Impact: Some customers may experience a small delay in creating new data sessions during the maintenance activity.
Other Information: Sierra Wireless Global NOC will be actively monitoring and prepared to quickly engage our partner if any unexpected service impact is observed during the activity. Notification will be sent before and after completion of the maintenance.
