Our Partner Carrier will conduct a load/stress test within its United States data center. This maintenance activity may cause temporary disturbances or delays in SMS services in the US region only. The carrier’s goal is to test and evaluate the efficiency of its systems under load. The partner has taken measures to minimize the impact on the customer experience.

Impact: During this activity, there is a possibility for intermittent disruptions in SMS traffic and processing that may occur during testing.

Other Information: The Global NOC will be actively monitoring the network during the maintenance activity. Notifications will be sent before and after the completion of the maintenance.
