Semtech Planned Activity – Software upgrade on Router Infrastructure in Europe Data Centers (GNOC-11699)

Semtech will be doing maintenance of software upgrade on its routers in Europe Data Centers as part of an initiative to improve network resiliency and efficiency. This work aligns with our commitment to providing best-in-class services with Semtech.

Impact: During the maintenance window, customers may experience service disruptions in Europe region only. Affected devices may experience degradation or interruptions in SMS, Voice, and Data services and network connectivity briefly.

Additional Information: Semtech engineers will be actively monitoring the network throughout the maintenance activity. Notifications will be sent prior to the start of the work and upon completion.
