Scheduled
This notification is to inform you that Sierra Wireless will perform a planned maintenance activity to connect SMS application servers to our newly installed switch located in the Madison data center. This activity, as part of our network lifecycle management process, will improve reliability and efficiency of the network and aligns with our commitment to provide best in class services to our customers.

Impact: SMS message processing is split between the Madison (MSN) and Lithia Springs (LSP) data centers. During the activity, each of the three (3) MSN SMS servers will experience a brief network interruption (approximately 5 seconds) as the interface is moved from the old to the new switch. During this time, some SMS messages sent may be lost and require retry.

Other Information: Notification will be sent before and upon completion of the activity.
