Our Partner Carrier will perform a maintenance on their geo-redundant ORS platform for Dual IMSI Service. It will increase network reliability and security of services provided to our valued customers. The list of affected services can be found below.
Impact: Temporary degradation in 2G/3G/4G Voice/Data/SMS is expected. Partner Carrier proxy server restart will be executed, by one server at time and other servers will handle traffic normal without any disrupt to minimize service impact.
Other Information: Semtech Engineers will actively monitor the network during the maintenance. Notification will be sent before and after the completion of the maintenance
