Semtech will be doing maintenance on its VPN routers in EU Frankfurt and Vitry Data Centers as part of an initiative to improve network resiliency and efficiency. This work aligns with our commitment to providing best-in-class services with Semtech.
Impact: There are no expected large-scale or prolonged disruptions to data services during the maintenance window. Semtech’s infrastructure is designed with redundant datacenters and VPN tunnels to ensure seamless traffic failover. However, some temporary service degradation may occur during the transition to the backup datacenter and VPN tunnels. This degradation is expected to be minimal and limited specifically to traffic routed over VPN tunnels.
Additional Information: Semtech engineers will be actively monitoring the network throughout the maintenance activity. Notifications will be sent prior to the start of the work and upon completion.
