Our Partner Carrier has notified us that they will perform a software upgrade on their new geo-redundant Outbound Roaming Solution (ORS) platform. This activity will further increase the reliability and resiliency of services provided to our valued customers.

Impact: There is no downtime expected. The upgrade will be performed on one application VM at a time.

Other Information: Sierra Wireless Global NOC will be actively monitoring and prepared to quickly engage our partner carrier if any unexpected service impact is observed during the activity.
