On March 10th, 2020, Verizon Wireless will be upgrading their Network infrastructure. This network upgrade will allow Verizon to provision and maintain your service more efficiently. All work will be done during the normal maintenance window of 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM Central Standard Time. While there is no preparation work needed by you, we anticipate that you will experience a brief period of downtime, estimated at 5-15 minutes.
Additionally, to avoid any further service interruptions, please refrain from activating 4G LTE devices for at least two days prior to the upgrade date- Sunday March 8 and Monday March 9.
