Devices that do not have an updated security certificate on September 27, 2025, will be unable to establish a connection with AirLink Mobility Manager (AMM), and your ability to manage these devices remotely will therefore be lost.
This notice is to inform you that Semtech will attempt to make security certificate updates via AMM configuration changes to certain MGOS devices running firmware versions below 4.4.2.1 that require the update. We intend to take this action to reduce the number of devices that will lose their connection to AMM when the security certificates expire.
