Our partner carrier will be conducting software upgrades within its network infrastructure. This maintenance is part of their ongoing efforts to enhance network resiliency and efficiency, in line with their commitment to delivering best-in-class services.

Impact:
During the maintenance window, some customers may experience service interruptions of up to one hour. Affected services may include SMS, Voice, USSD, and Data.

Additional Information:
Our Global Network Operations Center (GNOC) will actively monitor the network throughout the maintenance period. Notifications will be issued both prior to the start and upon completion of the activity.
