Our Partner Carrier will be conducting scheduled maintenance on network nodes within its roaming infrastructure. This activity is part of their ongoing commitment to enhancing the security, reliability, and overall performance of the services provided to our valued clients. A list of affected services is included below.
Impact: While service interruptions are not expected, brief periods of reduced performance may occur. Affected devices could experience temporary delays or disruptions in Data, SMS, and Voice services. Efforts have been made to minimize service disruption, as redundant nodes will be managing traffic.
Additional Information: The Semtech Global Network Operations Center (GNOC) will actively monitor the network throughout the maintenance period. Notifications will be issued both prior to the start and upon completion of the activity.
