We have just been informed by our Partner Carrier that they are conducting emergency maintenance to update its geo-redundant roaming network infrastructure at this time. This activity is part of the partner’s ongoing network lifecycle management strategy, designed to enhance reliability and improve service resiliency provided to our valued customers.
Impact: During the maintenance window, customers may experience service disruptions. Affected devices may experience degradation or interruptions in SMS, Voice, and Data services and network connectivity.
Additional Information: The Semtech Global NOC will actively monitor network performance throughout the maintenance window. Notifications will be issued prior to the start of the activity and again upon its successful completion.
