This notification is to inform you that Sierra Wireless will perform a planned maintenance activity to connect RADIUS servers to our newly installed switch located in the Madison data center. The activity, as part of our network lifecycle management process, will improve reliability and efficiency of the network and aligns with our commitment to provide best in class services to our customers.
Impact: During the activity, each server will experience a network interruption (approximately 5 seconds) as the RADIUS server’s interface is moved from the old to the new switch. Due to network redundancy, no service impact is expected as RADIUS traffic will be managed by the Lithia Springs data center.
Other Information: Notification will be sent before and upon completion of the activity.
