Our Partner Carrier will implement a security patch on its multi-IMSI geo-redundant ORS application VM platform. This activity will address vulnerabilities and improve network resiliency for our valued customers.
Impact: There is no impact expected. During the activity, there will be an appliance restart on each Milan and Catania ORS VM node. Restarts will be on one server at a time with each site for minimum impact. During the restarts, other servers will handle traffic without disruption.
Other Information: Sierra Wireless Global NOC will be actively monitoring and prepared to quickly engage our partner if any unexpected service impact is observed during the activity. Notification will be sent before and after completion of the maintenance.
