This notification is to inform you that Sierra Wireless will perform a planned maintenance activity to upgrade the OS on our F5 load balancers in the LSP data center. We are currently on version 15.0.1 and we need to upgrade to 15.1.8. As part of our Patch Management Process, this activity will mitigate risks and improve system performance.

Impact:
We anticipate no impact to services during the activity.

Other Information:
The Global NOC and Sierra Wireless Engineers will be actively monitoring the network during the maintenance activity. Notification will be sent before and after completion of the maintenance.
