Our Partner Carrier will be doing a maintenance activity on their Mobile Network. This work will improve network resiliency and efficiency, and align with our commitment to provide best-in-class services with Semtech.
Impact: DNA Business subscriptions that use mobile data abroad may experience temporary service interruptions. These interruptions are expected to be brief breaks in the data session and should have minimal impact on end users.
If issues with mobile data usage abroad persist after the maintenance is completed, we recommend restarting the device as the first troubleshooting step.
Additionally, Reissudata packages activated shortly before the maintenance window may generate multiple activation messages, even though only a single package has been successfully activated for the subscription.
Other Information: The Semtech engineers will be actively monitoring the network during the maintenance activity. Notification will be sent before and after the completion of the maintenance.
