Dear Customer,
To improve the customer experience and quality of incident and maintenance notifications to our customers, Sierra Wireless will be updating the StatusPage (status.sierrawireless.com) component lists to better align with the products and service we provide our customers. These updates will focus on the separation of both global and geographical impacts to:
• AirVantage • SmartSIM • EasySIM
This change will not cause any impact to Sierra Wireless services and will only reflect the structure of our StatusPage. Current subscriptions will be migrated to the new structure.
What does Sierra Wireless recommend?
No action required by customers. However, we do recommend that customers review the new page structure and subscription after the maintenance has been completed.
