This notice is to inform you that we will be performing scheduled maintenance. Xpress database servers will be migrated to a different cage. As part of our lifecycle management process, this activity will improve network reliability and efficiency and align with our commitment to providing the best-in-class services to our customers. The full list of affected services can be found below.
Impact: Provisioning updates associated with these legacy NAM Numerex accounts will not be available during the maintenance. Any provisioning update initiated during the maintenance activity will be applied at the conclusion of this activity. All device services (SMS, Data) are unaffected for legacy NAM Numerex accounts.
Other Information: The Global NOC will be actively monitoring the network during the maintenance activity. Notification will be sent before and upon completion of the maintenance.
