This notice is to inform you that the (GNOC-2862) NAM Packet Gateway (PGW) Upgrade has been extended due to unexpected delays. Sierra Wireless engineers are actively working to resolve. The estimated maintenance time is approximately 2 hour(s).
The Global NOC and Sierra Wireless Engineers will continue active monitoring while during the process.

This notice is to inform you that Sierra Wireless will perform an upgrade across our geo-redundant Packet Gateway (PGW) platform. The software upgrade will also address a known operational defect and enhance the redundancy and resiliency of data services.
Service Impact: There is no impact expected during the execution of the scheduled activity as data sessions will be proactively migrated to the geo-redundant mate. No customer intervention is required.
Other Information: The Global NOC and Sierra Wireless Engineers will actively monitor the network during maintenance. Notification will be sent before and after the completion of the maintenance.
