Our Partner Carrier will perform a planned maintenance activity to upgrade their Short Message Service Center (SMSC). As part of their network lifecycle management process, this work will improve network resiliency and efficiency and aligns with their commitment to providing best-in-class services.

Service Impact: Some customers may experience minor delays in SMS.

Other Information: The Global NOC will be actively monitoring the network during the maintenance activity. Notifications will be sent before and after the completion of the maintenance.
