This notification is to inform you that Sierra Wireless will perform phase 1 of a planned maintenance activity to move Maingate servers to our new switches. As part of our lifecycle management process, this activity will improve network reliability and efficiency and aligns with our commitment to provide best in class services to our customers.

Impact: No impact is expected; however, some devices may experience short connection resets during this timeframe.

Other Information: The Global NOC and Sierra Wireless Engineers will be actively monitoring the network during the maintenance activity. Notification will be sent before and after completion of the maintenance.
