Our Partner Carrier will perform a planned maintenance activity on their North American data center with the goal of performing network infrastructure upgrades and optimization. This scheduled change may impact the partner carrier’s Short Message Service Center (SMSC) or SMPP binds. As part of their network lifecycle management process, this work will improve network resiliency and efficiency and aligns with their commitment to providing best-in-class services.

Some customers may experience a cumulative downtime (in SMS messaging) of up to 15 minutes during the maintenance.

Other Information:
The Global NOC will be actively monitoring the network during the maintenance activity. Notifications will be sent before and after the completion of the maintenance.
